What’s Covered

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects in workmanship and materials under normal wear, including:

  • Loose stones caused by a manufacturing defect
  • Broken clasps or closures due to manufacturing defects
  • Faulty links or chains resulting from manufacturing defects
  • Structural defects present from production

If your item qualifies, we will repair or replace it at no cost.

What’s Not Covered

Our warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Accidental damage, drops, or impact
  • Bent, crushed, or snapped chains
  • Scratches, dents, or cosmetic wear
  • Lost or stolen jewelry
  • Lost stones caused by accidental damage or misuse
  • Improper storage or care
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Intentional damage

Water & Everyday Wear

Our jewelry is designed for everyday wear. However, exposure to harsh chemicals, chlorine, bleach, cleaning products, perfumes, or abrasive materials may reduce the lifespan of your jewelry and is not covered under warranty.

Warranty Claims

To begin a warranty claim, contact our support team with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item

Our team will review your claim within 2–5 business days. If your claim is approved, we’ll provide instructions for returning the item for repair or replacement.

Shipping

Customers are responsible for shipping the item to us unless otherwise required by law. AK Jewelry covers return shipping for approved warranty claims within the United States.

Replacement Policy

If the original item is no longer available, we reserve the right to replace it with the same or a comparable item of equal value.

Warranty Limitations

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

AK Jewelry reserves the right to determine whether damage is the result of a manufacturing defect or normal wear, accidental damage, or misuse.
