Shipping policy

Where We Ship

AK Jewelry ships within the United States only. Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum.

Delivery Times

• Standard Shipping (free): delivered in 5-8 business days.

Delivery times are estimates. Carrier delays and weather can occasionally push a package past this window.

Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday-Friday).
• Orders placed after 12 PM CT, or on weekends and holidays, are processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates

Free standard shipping on all US orders. There are no shipping charges added at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, or does not arrive at all, email us at support@akjewelryco.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will make it right.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be responsible for packages delivered to an address that was entered incorrectly, though we will always try to help.
